LESSONS WITH LISA
ACTING FOR TV/FILM/COMMERCIALS, BOOK WRITING & PUBLIC SPEAKING!
ACTING LESSONS: As a former New York City TV/Film casting director, Lisa trains and polishing acting skills for aspiring actors at all experience levels. Many of her students are working professionally in television, films and in TV Commercials. She teaches group on-camera classes in Stamford at the Curtain Call Theater and does private one-on-one on-camera coaching from her home studio in Guilford, CT. First session ONLY is a talent assessment lesson, to gauge strengths & weaknesses, define your focus and discuss the acting industry at large. Students will also work on camera, as if at an actual TV audition. First session is 1.5 hours: $135, follow up lessons are scheduled weekly, bi-monthly or on a monthly basis at $80 hour or $45 1/2 hour. BOOK WRITING: As a bestselling author, magazine publisher/editor and long running newspaper columnist, Lisa has been helping hundreds of authors get their book ideas out of their heads, into a manuscript, and ultimately into a published book. Whether self published or traditionally published, Lisa will help you every step of the way. Feel free to check into Lisa’s next 3-session ‘Bestseller Bootcamp’ OR you may choose to work with Lisa on a weekly or monthly basis to get the book written, chapter by chapter with her assistance. Focused coaching for book writing is 1 hour @ $120 per session ($90 for Bootcamp graduates). For those who have completed their manuscript and need help in attaining a literary agent, you may opt for a single session Query Letter writing consultation in-person or via Zoom for $175. Or if you’re just thinking about writing a book and want to learn more about what’s involved, you may book a general overview session (1.5 hrs) for $150. Lisa will help you formulate your book, organize it for easier writing and discuss what’s really involved with the publishing, launching and marketing of a book. PUBLIC SPEAKING: Lisa has been motivating audiences across the country for many years as a professional speaker on a variety of topics, including Productivity/Organization, Time Management, Book Writing, and Vision Board Goal Setting for individuals and for Corporations.
Lessons for aspiring speakers: $100 hour, includes speech content revisions and platform/performance skills enhancement. (Lisa is also the Dean of the CT Speakers Academy via The National Speakers Association. Semester runs yearly February-June in Madison, CT. For more info: www.nsact.org)
